In February, the professional first aid provided by our First Responders was once again in high demand. With an average of more than one call-out per day, we handled a proud total of 37 incidents.
However, it wasn't just our First Responder unit in action. Our firefighters also responded to six incidents in total. Whether it was a traffic accident, chimney fire, or a case of burnt food, in each of these situations, we were able to prevent worse outcomes and ensure the safety of our citizens.
In order to be fully prepared for future severe weather events, we trained seven active members in the use of chainsaws last month. We extend our thanks to the Bavarian State Forestry for their support in this endeavor.
We were also grateful to receive a generous donation of 200 euros from the Women's Union Nittenau in February. This contribution greatly assisted our operations.
