In November, the Nittenau Fire Department responded to eight incidents. These included three emergency door or vehicle openings, a chimney fire, an oil spill, and assistance to the rescue service with a patient rescue in difficult terrain. Additionally, we provided traffic management during the St. Martin's and Remembrance Day parades.
Our First Responder team was called out an impressive 25 times in November.
A special highlight was the successful participation of many of our firefighters in the performance test “The Group in Firefighting Operations.” For the first time, members of our team were awarded the “Over 40” badge. Congratulations to all participants for this outstanding achievement!
